Macro setting on F1-F12 key

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but  it does not work correctly on different program.

It seems to be working correctly when assigned to different buttons on keyboard except (F1-F12)keys.
