Hi, yesterday I bought a Razer Elite Mamba and I created a profile with macros but when I connect the mouse to another computer that does not have Synapse 3 installed, they do not work. How can I fix this?

Be sure, that your new profile (with macros) is assigned to internal memory slot (check last point in the manual):
