Mini huntsman keys are not responding


I have hard reset my keyboard, and it has not changed anything. I don't know what to do and my warranty is a few days past its two years, I am hoping to get support on it, but I haven’t seen any way to contact them directly (By Email, Chat, or any other way)

Edit: I have also updated its firmware and that has not done anything to it
