Yesterday it worked just fine, today it just stopped working, neither the lights or the keycaps work, and they are not even showing im Synapse, i have tried everything, hard resetting, trying other devise, disabling synapse, nothing worked, it was working just fine last night :(
+1Check if the device appears at least in Windows device manager when you’ll try to move with the keyboard cable (most faulty points - near the keyboard or near the USB plug).
