My Razer Blackwidow v3 Tenkeyless stopped working

Yesterday it worked just fine, today it just stopped working, neither the lights or the keycaps work, and they are not even showing im Synapse, i have tried everything, hard resetting, trying other devise, disabling synapse, nothing worked, it was working just fine last night :(

Check if the device appears at least in Windows device manager when you’ll try to move with the keyboard cable (most faulty points - near the keyboard or near the USB plug).

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the keyboard on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
