My Razer Blackwidow v4 pro keyboard is not working

A few days ago I bought a keyboard Blackwidow v4 pro, and when I try to use it, the keys "i", "h" and the arrow pointing to the right do not work correctly. I try to use the keyboard with an other computer but i still having the same problem.

Same problem here with E, S, D letters in BlackWidow V4 X keyboard bought 3 months ago…
