my razer blade stealth laptop doesnt want to customize the colors

my razer blade stealth laptop doesnt want to customize the colors on specific keys. I tried to use the pen in the options found at the top in razer synapse, it doesn't want to draw . even when I click on a specific key it doesn't choose it.

    Isn’t the Blade Stealth a single zone keyboard? I think you can only chose a color for the whole keyboard, not individual keys.
