My razer ornata v2 has big input delay

Hi all I got my razer ornata v2 4 months ago and now it has fat input delay im using a logitech g502 hero and that has no input delay but my keyboard has heaps constantly and it only has input delay when i play games please help

Be sure, that it's connected directly into USB 3.0 or newer port. Also you can try updating your motherboard chipset drivers.

i have tried putting it into a newer port but it still has input delay

and chip set is already up to date

Try other PC (without and with Synapse software), also you can try updating your PC/laptop bios firmware.
I had once bug on MSI motherboards, that all wireless mouses had huge lag in bios, and they were not functioning properly, after FW update everything is fine.

I just posted an bug example - sometimes USB devices not functioning properly because of some bug in BIOS.

Go to your laptop vendor, and there should be download section, you can find drivers, firmware, bios etc.
