Need help with razer blackwidow 2019

hi. im coming up with untypical issue. i tried everything i found on the internet, but nothing worked. When i was playing league of legends the whole screen got stuck and my razer blackwidow 2019 keyboard stopped lighting .after a moment a bluescreen DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION appeared. when i turned on the computer again the keyboard stil didnt work. The keys didnt work and the keyboard led lights also didnt However, when I plugged it in into my laptop it was working completely fine, but my computer doesnt detect it at all (theres no sound when i plug it in and i cant find it in device manager -i reinstalled drivers and razer synapse -i used device detection troubleshoot tool from razer -i installed windows again, but without losing tha data and applications -i tried plugging in the keyboard in every usb port in the computer -im able to turn on the demo mode in the keyboard - im not able to open boot -the keyboard isnt detected in my computer at all but it works with my laptop i dont know if u could help me somehow, but i would be grateful for any kind of solutions
