New BlackWidow Chroma not recognized on Synapse?

Hey folks, I would appreciate your help on the following issue. So I’ve been a big fan of Razer Blackwidow Chroma in Deus Ex variant, so much so that I have been using it since 2019, but my current one died on me. Incredibly enough I managed to acquire another one in 2025, which I’ve put to use last week, but I have one problem, I can see that as soon as Synapse initializes, the new keyboard loses backlighting. When I do have backlighting, it’s only the default colors switching, not the special effect I have created for my previous keyboard.

Synapse still has this same keyboard model registered, but I guess it’s the previous one, and I have no idea how to update the model so Synapse understands it’s the same model but another keyboard. I have registered my products in my Razer profile with no problems.

What secret menu or shortcut am I missing? Appreciate your insights.
