Hello and Merry Christmas to all of you. I have a problem that I hope someone can assist me with please. I got a new Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard for Christmas and I have plugged it in to my PC and I am able to type on it and the RGB is working. It doesn't appear to be being detected by Razer Synapse though. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it into a different USB port but this has made no difference. I also got a Razer Firefly V2 mouse mat which also appears to be working as the built in RGB lighting is changing colour as it should but is also not showing up in Razer Synapse. Can anyone help me fix this as I assume when the keyboard is detected correctly there will be some settings that I can change within the Synapse software.

Never mind, I have solved the issue, I just had to install check for and then install an update.
