on the fly macro

Can someone tell me how to create a macro on the Raze Black widow Elite? The new line of keyboards seem to have done away with dedicated macro keys.

I don't have the keyboard yet......just need to know how easy or difficult ii is. I'm currently using a Logitech G510 that has 18 individual macro keys. I only use 6 keys.
