The dash key on my keyboard has been putting inputs on its own continuously

One of my keyboard's key is working on its own. Does anyone knows the solution?

Does it happen when you close synapse (right click on the Razer Central icon in tray and click Exit all apps), also I’d check it on another PC without Synapse installed.
Actually it's happening continuously i guess there might be some issue with the hardware coz I just tried plugging in my spare keyboard and it's working perfectly (keyboard model is - Razer Ornata V3x)

Then I’d RMA it if you still have valid warranty.
If not - I’d disassembly and try to cleanup the circuits around the faulty key with 100% Isopropyl alcohol.
