Ornata Chroma issue

Hello, i’ve had my ornata chroma for quite a while, but for around 1year+ my keyboard suddenly disconnects and my pc doesn’t recognise it at all, not even as a keyboard, it’s name on device manager is “Unknown USB Device” with a parenthesis next to it that changes (set adress failed and more), sometimes after some days the keyboard starts working, this issue is only happening on my computer, i’ve tried the keyboard on another computer and 2 tvs , it works perfectly on both of them. One thing i think i understood is that the drivers that windows download for my keyboard seem to not work, for example when i check for updates on windows updates an update called Razer Inc - HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16547 starts downloading, my deathadder works fine with this but when this driver is downloading for my ornata chroma it fails and the keyboard appears with a ! on it, i found a program that cleans up all razer drivers, but when I use it the keyboard still doesnt work, even after restarting the issue is still there. I honestly have no clue why this issue occurs only on my pc. Also I have tried all 8 usb ports on my computer, if the keyboard lights up it only does when its plugged in to one of the 2 usb 3.0 ports on the back ports of my computer, and if it does light up rgb works fine but the lights for capslock etc freeze and the keyboard starts giving random inputs. I have no way to fix this, if it fixes it’s random and there is no 100% way for me to fix this. Any help is appreciated
