Ornata Chroma Keyboard - W key is soft and doesn't pop-up

Hi, I bought my keyboard in May 2020 and today the "w" key no longer pops up. I have not spilled anything on my keyboard and I have attempted to blow the key out with pressurized air. Do you have any suggestions? Is it exchangeable for a replacement?

    If there's nothing spilled (so the key would be sticky) and pressure air doesn't help - just RMA it, IMO it will be replaced to a new one.

    You should replace it, because I also have this and its working well and buttons are not sticky or something like this, I suggest you exchange it as soon as possible.
