Ornata chroma not working
Chroma makes colors and corresponding to synapse and isn’t inputting any key presses

issue can either be a hardware (keyboard) issue or a software(driver, OS) issue
Start some troubleshooting
* uninstall and reinstall synapse, also upgrade the software
* Try connect the keyboard to another pc and install synapse and see if the colors correspond
