Ornata v2 key row from Q to P not working

The row of keys from Q to P does not work anymore. It was working fine and suddely stopped working. No liquid spill, clean environment. Tried on many other computers, with and without synapse, tried also hard reset with CTRL+CAPS LOCK+ESC but the problem is still there. is there a solution ? thx !

    Only solution is to RMA it.

    Hello, I have the same problem and i can't find solutions anywhere.
    Razer sent me a new keyboard, in the meantime I opened the broken one and checked the silver traces with multimeter and found that one of them was not conducting near a connector. The problem is easy to fix if you are i DIY guy and have silver conducting pen or paste. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vWf284tloI
