Ornata V3 X spam key when locking screen (Win+L)

Keyboard just spam button, I cant insert my password to authorize, its happening only when Razer Synapse 4 (4.0. [removed by moderator] ) launched

And there is some “Firmware update” that doesnt working (404 on page https://rzr.to/gcbgjd), and no firmware on support page

I saw other conversations about it on reddit and here, but theres no fix of that problem (only delete Synapse, which I dont wanna do because of Macro and Chroma settings)

I already tested it on some different PCs - same problem
