I’ve been using the Blackwidow 2013 Ultimate since...well...2013, and it’s a great keyboard. Unfortunately the Windows key stopped working, so I’m looking to upgrade.
I’m very interested in optical switches and, in particular, analog optical. I’m disappointed to see that these are only in the Huntsman V2 Analog and Huntsman V3.
I’m wondering if there’s any possibility of optical switches -- analog or otherwise -- coming to a full-feature keyboard like the Blackwidow. The V4 Pro looks fantastic -- I love the full media controls and dedicated macro keys -- but man oh man I wish I could move to optical switches.
I’m considering mailing a letter to Razer’s HQ to demonstrate how serious I am about this.
