Have a problem with the Razer Pro Type Ultra. The f4 key is set as the mail app. But when I press the key, an error message appears. See screenshot. Have also written here with the support already.
I suspect it is due to Win 11, I have already uninstalled Synapse. Uninstalled the keyboard driver and the human interface driver, restarted. Win 11 already fixed. Software is up to date.
On Win 10 (my son's PC) the key works. Do any of you have any other ideas?

Maybe some registry files got damaged. It is shell files, so it might got critical damage to use.
