Problem with Razer Huntsman V2 Analog

Hello dear people I bought the Huntsman V2 Analog, it worked in the beginning with a problem .. now I switched on my PC. It lights up but as soon as I want to enter something it lights up green and doesn't write any key as if it were locked .. please to help

    Hello my fellow gamer. Is this your first time having this kind of issue with your Huntsman V2? Because I also have problem with my Razer device before and my friend give me a link to contact the Razer support and the're very helpful.
