Product: Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 PBT M1,M2...M5 Caps

I just purchased a set of black PBT replacement keycaps for my (yes, I know out of warranty!) RBWC V2 keyboard from Amazon. It has all the caps but no caps for the memory keys on the side of the keyboard. Trying to contact RAZER SUPPORT but it won't allow me since it is out of warranty. Are these supposed to be included and/or are these available? Thanks

    M1-M5 keycaps are not included with the PBT Keycap set. You can actually buy any Cherry MX compatible keycap.

    @FiszPL It would be great if they mentioned that fact in their descriptions. After changing about 90 keys on my Razer BlackWidow V2 I realized that. One would think that since it was a RAZER KEY REPLACEMENT KIT advertised FOR ALL MODELS it would include all keys. They do include UK keys so you'd think 5 others caps would not be an issue. Buying 3rd party Cherry MX key caps online for the M1-M5 wouldn't gain anything since I have the original ones. My goal was to have them all "match" and look the same. Even sillier was that it seems there is no way to contact Razer unless it's under warranty. Every attempt gets sent to this forum which is not OFFICIAL support.

    I feel the pain. It should be described for eg. for all Razer products produced after 2019 (but technically it's still compatible, it doesn't include Macro keys). Some time ago there was available full keycap set (original ABS, not PBT) for BW V2, including M1-M5 keys. But it's gone from Razer Care Store.

    The reason it bothers me so much is the original ABS caps pass 3x the led light as does the new PBT caps. The left line of macro ABS keys are bright enough to be distracting while the others are so dim. I just replaced the MACRO caps with 5 random left over caps that were included so the brightness is even. They don't show 1,2,3,4,5 but my 1970 college degree made me smart enough to be able to count from 1 to 5 despite the fact that at age 73 my mind is slowly disappearing. o_Oo_O
