Pway 4 port KVM / Scroll lock not working

HI I just purchased the Razer black widow v3 and am getting used to it. So far so good, but I am plugging it into a pway 4 port HDMI KVM that relies on scroll-lock / 1, 2, 3, 4 to switch between sources. The scroll lock light will toggle, but I am not getting any action and am unable to switch. Does anyone have a solution for this? The switch is non-programmable. All other keyboards I have tried work fine. Thanks for anticipated help Rich
