QWERTY row is typing erratically on Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed

While using my Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed, the whole QWERTY row went bananas. For example, if I type “q”, it reflects “aq1\”, if I type “w”, it reflects “swz2”, if “Tab” is pressed, it reflects as if “Esc” + “Tab” + “Caps” are being pressed, and so on with that whole row. The rest of the keys are working as intended. No spills on keyboard, updated to last firmware, I even tried the “out of demo mode”, factory reset and unistalling driver with Device Manager, and still getting the same issue. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Hey there, @ctr0x!

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Feel free to drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
