Hello Razer Support,
I am using a Razer Anansi keyboard. After updating Windows to 26H2, I get a BSOD every time I connect the keyboard.
Stop code: WDF_VIOLATION (0x10D)
What failed: rzudd.sys
I have already tried:
· Uninstalling the device in Device Manager.
· Manually deleting rzudd.sys from the Windows folder.
· Reinstalling the Synapse version that supports this keyboard.
The issue still happens. Razer Synapse 4 does not support the Razer Anansi.
Could you please provide a compatible driver/fix for Windows 11 26H2, or a workaround? This is blocking my use of the keyboard.
