I've had my keyboard now for about 3 years. It's still in very good condition. However, a day ago my keyboard just started spamming keys, it doesn't spam any key specifically. However, it does spam the windows key, q, e, 7, scrl lock and b a lot. Majority of the time its completely unresponsive on boot and I have to use the on-screen keyboard just to login. I fully believe it's a software issue. The steps I've taken to fix it are, use the key combination such as; hold down esc & macro5 whilst the keyboard is un plugged then plug in and hold until rgb flashes, check if I had accidently recorded any 'on the fly' macros (which I did not), I deleted profiles in macros and reset the keyboard to factory settings, update/ un-install & re-install keyboard firmware, uninstall and re-install synapse 3, I then took every keycap off and cleaned underneath the board even though it was fairly clean with no prevail, I used a different keyboard on my system and the problem completely stopped, I searched everywhere for new black widow elite firmware but couldn't find any for my exact model. So that for me narrows it down to a software issues on razers behalf. I've heard that other people have had the exact same issue. My question is does anyone know where to find razer firmware for this specific keyboard or even better a solution to this specific issue. Thanks in advance!
Uninstall Synapse 3, then search your PC c-drive for 'synapse' and 'razer' delete all the files you can find.

Re-install synapse 3 then reset the keyboard to factory settings. Hopefully this should fix your issue.
