Razer blackwidow assuming configuration of virtual keyboard

Hey everyone! The output of my Razer blackwidow V3 is different from my virtual keyboard, resulting in a misconfiguration of my physical keyboard, because the software always assumes the virtual keyboard, having already tried everything. Someone have suggestions? Thanks!

Razer keyboards haven't been the same since they stopped doing mx key switches. A friend of mine still uses his razer keyboard from 2013 with MX Blues. The new Kailh switches are not good.
