Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE model RZ03-0143 does not exist?

I’m looking for any sort of firmware update for my keyboard and it just doesn’t exist on the razer website, the closest model number i’ve seen is RZ03-0219x but when attempting to download the firmware for that it doesn’t detect the device.
Does anybody know a firmware update for this specific model of the blackwidow chroma TE that apparently only exists in the void?
Edit: Just to explain why if it isn’t a surprise to you, i’m having the repeated key press issue and i’ve tried about everything BUT firmware updating but cannot try that for reasons stated above :)

Hey I am not sure if this helps but I am using the exact same keyboard, I am on synapse version 3.8.531.60211 and it is still detecting it correctly, also I don’t sync any of the cloud data just incase lol

hope this helps keyboard brother

No we’re Razer and F you

Oh and also take these backend Razer services you didn’t request or authorize with your fresh install of Windows that will automatically mess with any other peripherals you install on your machine if you bought any of our products within the past.

Oh, and so you’ve had one of our keyboards for more than several years? They’ve been working perfectly fine? Take this automatic firmware flash that renders those older keyboards completely useless with things like stuck or unresponsive keys or inputs that spam. Hahaha you chumps

That’s just really too bad. I guess you should go ahead and buy a brand new keyboard from us huh?

Oh customer support? You went and browsed our downloads section? Wait, you actually think we’d just let you download the right firmware that would correct this simple intentional oversight from our end? Hahahaha go F yourself!

Sincerely, lovingly yours,

Razer
