My Razer Blackwidow Chroma Tournament Edition Chroma V2 Wrist-Rest has suddenly ripped and I can't seem to find anything on their website in terms of purchasing an identical replacement. Is contacting support worth it in hopes I can purchase one directly, or is there something else I can do to get a new one?

Contact support, they may help you. I just wish, that someday RazerCare Store will be fully stocked with every part for their peripherals, even wrist rests :)
