razer blackwidow chroma v2 registers as unknown device

i spilled some liquid on the 0 and right arrow key and i cleaned the keys. the keyboard was working fine after cleaning the keys but the right arrow key was not, so i said "okay let me disconnect and reconnect it". after reconnecting, it registered the usbs as unknown device and it doesnt work now. ive reinstalled synapse and restarted the pc so that doesnt work.

    alright update, keyboard has fixed itself, i guess it had to dry? its now 2 hours later and the right arrow key also works again
