Any combination with the Fn key does not work and the volume adjustment wheel on the top right does not work properly either, it increases and decreases rapidly when trying to increase it.

What happens with FN when you exit synapse (right click on Razer central icon in tray → exit all apps)?
For volume scroll, I’d try to spray some air inside the wheel (maybe encoder got dirty etc).
