Razer Blackwidow shuts its self randomly down and synapse 3 doesn't work

My new keyboard worked litterly 1 day perfectly. The next day my keyboard shuts randomly out (I also hear a plug in/out in my headset) and it seems in synapse my keyboard is updating or loading and I just cant figure out how to fix this Can somebody help me please
