I have been using this keyboard for a year. Today, I was trying another keyboard, and when I plugged this one back in, it was not working. So, I unplugged it and plugged it back into another port. It was working fine until I restarted my PC. It stopped working completely; the light doesn't turn on, and there's no response to any keystroke. So, I went into devices and printers only to see that there were Razer bootloader and bootloader devices listed. After googling a little bit, it seems like a firmware issue occurred. Since there are no firmware updates available for the Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma v2 on the internet, I have to turn to the community or the manufacturer for help. Also, as it is a gift, I am unable to go through an RMA process.
