HI, It's been some time since I've been dealing with this problem since I bought my keyboard. Everything works well, but the RGB keeps freezing after a gaming season, and it started to annoy me. The only way to repair it is by disconnecting the keyboard from my PC and reconnecting it again. The Synapse app just stops working with this device after a while, and if I try to interact with the RGB menu of the keyboard, it just doesn't do anything at all while frozen. Like I said, the only way to repair it is by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable of the keyboard or restarting my PC. I have tested the same keyboard with two different PCs and had the same problem, and I have already tried to repair it in any way I have found, including downloading new updates and all, so I am very confused, but there isn't a lot of information about it. By the way, it only happens when gaming; if I'm watching videos, just typing normally, or playing for a little bit, everything stays normal. (This is just when playing games for a while.)
