i got a problem with my Razer Blackwidow V3, since some days my numbad is not working properly, the Keys 0123789+ are working but the rest isn’t. I already tried to reinstall the keyboard and did an driver update but it’s still not working, is there a fix for it or do i need to return it?

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
