Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless (Illuminated Logo)

Doo-Doo-Draws
Hello,

looking at your website, I notice the Razer logo on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, is now illuminated in some of the images. I do not remember seeing it illuminated before, in fact, all the YouTube videos I've seen of this keyboard, do not show it being illuminated. Could you please tell me if this is a slightly upgraded version of the keyboard, with an illuminated logo?

Thank you very much for your time. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Peace!

LOL Thanks for the info. Now, no more scratching!! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_: I received a response from the Razer store through twitter not long ago, and I'll post it below.

Hello, glad to hear your enthusiasm for the new BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard! We just checked the demo in our store for you, and the logo does indeed light up with Chroma RGB!

They confirm it does, in fact, illuminate. My question, though, is why did all the Youtubers I watched showing this keyboard off, say the logo didn't illuminate, or simply failed to show it lit up? They show all the other keys lighting up, but not the logo. Now, I'm not trying to make a big deal out of it, but if there are two slightly different versions, I would like the one that allows the logo to light up.

Again, thank you for responding.

I think they might not know that you can select it for chroma?

Hello 🙂 How exactly does that work then? Mine is not lit and I have the BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless as well

Another hardware or software issue

Hardware:
The keys you have mentioned my E, my D,my R,my A, my space bar and my enterr key these are the common keys for playing FPS games, I assume you play a bit of FPS games?
Does your keys have sticky keys?
Cause it could be that once you have pressed the button, the key is stuck on for few seconds before being released.
The reason buttons face sticky buttons
* Accidentally spilled liquid on the keyboard (sugar beverages)
* Sweat from your hands smelted onto the internal circuitry
You can try fixing sticky buttons, by removing the keycaps and clean the keyboard surface and keep tapping the keys and see if they feel different compared to a normal working key.
Or it could be that the keyboard switch is damaged, due to over use of buttons, which require an electronics specialist to investigate.

Software:
The mouse, keyboard and other external peripherals work on a computer via a installed driver.
The manufacturers do send new updates to the driver for reasons like
* resolving conflict with the OS software
* Upgrading security
* Resolve any bugs in the peripherals
* Implementing features (RGB lighting affect)
Check that your RAZER software (Cortex, Synapse) are updated.

But in your case this is likely to be a hardware issue (sticky button or damaged switch). Try things out~~~ and give us your results

I ended up buying this keyboard, and yes, some of my keys were double registering. There is a firmware update that fixes the issue. I updated my firmware and it's working perfectly now!

Good luck!

Sorry for the late response. I finally bought the keyboard, and I see no way to light up the logo. Not sure why I was told it could be lit up, but oh well, I won't cry and scream about it! As of now, I'm happy with it.

I have the same issue!
