Last days i have a problem i cant type shift + z i have do format/reinstall synapse/reinstall the drivers i plug the keyboard to other pc and it works

    This is an indication of the followings
    • The USB port on your pc (not other pc) is faulty
    • Or something is wrong with the OS
    Try plugging to a different USB port, otherwise Windows reset maybe~~

    Is there any other app or service that is using the same combination Shift + Z? Maybe GPU driver/app is using the same hotkey? Before you'll make windows reinstall - you can try downloading some linux distro like Ubuntu, then run it from Live USB drive, and check there if the same Shift + Z combination is working properly.
