Razer BlackWidow v3 volume whell stucks when volume up after reinstalling Windows

Razer BlackWidow v3 volume wheel stucks when volume up after reinstalling Windows. Volume down works properly, but when I want to volume up it stucks and quickly rises the volume to 100%. It’s really annoying for me, is there any fixes for it? Regards

I got fixed it with resetting the onboard memory of my keyboard. Maybe it will also help somebody also experiencing this issue,
