razer blackwidow v4 key press stick and lighting lag during gaming only?

hello i recently got the blackwidow v4 , i been having issues with it while gaming, the lighting effects on the keyboard will lag time to time and i also get key input stuck for a few seconds. its really annoying and i was thinking maybe my keyboard is faulty, but i dont get any of these issues when im not gaming, ive tested it in note pad pressing the keys repeatly to see if any of the keys will stick but none stick. its only while in games.  

i already tried to uninstall razer synapse 4 and reinstall it but i still get this issue.

Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V4 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
