Do the green keys have the same response time as the yellow ones? Which ones do you recommend I get for gaming and typing?

+1Technically no difference - they should have the same (electrical) response time.
But… yellow = linear with no bump, so they’ll be faster to spam, than green that are tactile.
Yellows have actuation and reset point at the same level: 1.2mm
Greens have actuation point at: 1.9mm and reset point at 1.5mm.
