Razer blackwidow v4 low-profile W key intermittently not registering key presses

Hey, I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the W key on my keyboard. Sometimes the key registers normally, and other times it doesn’t respond at all, even though it’s being pressed.Razer blackwidow v4 low-profile keyboard.
