Hello everyone!
I've been using the keyboard for less than a week, today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.
Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.

Have you tried charging it on a different power outlet? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Looking forward to your response!
