Issue Description
I purchased my Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% Wireless less than one month ago. When using the original HyperPolling Wireless Dongle in 2.4GHz wireless mode, the keyboard's polling rate is locked at 1000Hz.
In the keyboard settings page in Razer Synapse 4, the 2000Hz and 4000Hz polling rate options are displayed normally and can be selected. However, whenever I click 2000Hz or 4000Hz, the setting immediately reverts to 1000Hz and cannot be saved.
This happens every time I attempt to switch to a higher polling rate. It is not an occasional issue, and the setting does not revert after a period of use—it immediately returns to 1000Hz.
Troubleshooting Already Performed
1. Confirmed that the keyboard is connected via 2.4GHz wireless rather than wired mode.
2. Confirmed that I am using the original HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.
3. Confirmed that both the keyboard and receiver firmware are up to date.
4. Confirmed that power-saving mode is disabled.
5. Tested the keyboard on two additional computers, with the same result: the polling rate remains locked at 1000Hz.
6. Tried the usual software and connection troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.

Since this keyboard officially supports up to 4000Hz wireless polling, I would appreciate assistance from Razer support in determining the cause of this issue.
Specifically, I would like to know:
- Is this a known issue with Razer Synapse 4 or the device firmware?
- Is there a specific fix, diagnostic procedure, or firmware update available for this problem?
- If the issue is caused by a hardware defect in the keyboard or wireless receiver, could Razer assist with inspection or replacement?
As the keyboard was purchased less than one month ago and the issue persists across multiple computers, I would appreciate any further technical assistance.
