Hello guys, i just bought this keyboard for 250 euros, and it started to double type after 1 day of usage, i didn't drop the keyboard or do anything, it just happened, I'm really really sad I've been saving for months to be able to buy it, and the problem is that i can't return it because i live in Tunisia and it arrived from Belgium, i bought it off gamegear.be it arrived from another continent, its really frustrating when I'm playing counter strike, when for example i try to buy an ak47, it buy's me a shotgun right after because the " é " key is double typing, not only that key but many other keys too such as " & " and " c " and " 8 "
i just downloaded the firmware upadate, the latest one, it didn't fix it, also updated razer synpase 3 ...
can you guys please tell me how to fix this problem, i am going to switch the keycaps i just ordered prismcaps from steelseries, should i put some alcohol isopropyl inside of the switcches ?

Do you have the newest available firmware installed?
Also can you check if it stops double typing when you exit synapse?
