Product name - RAZER cynosa Chroma Keyboard
its been about 4 years since purchase (Warranty does not cover this)
very light usage, suddenly I found my Top row Function keys not functioning (F1-F12), Print screen , Scroll lock, “`” and escape key share the same (not functioning)
Attempted solution steps|
- Hard reset, Driver updates all performed, none gave positive results.
- Checked with 2-3 other systems same issue persists in all systems.
- Narrowed down to keyboard hardware issue.
- proceed to do a deep clean of internal boards, same issue persists.
- I am seeking support regd parts availability/Spares or any authorized service center, Location @ Chennai, India.
