Posted this in Razer Support but no response so maybe something here? I just purchased this keyboard about a week ago now. Everything works fine but when I open Razer Synapse the RGB or key lighting under keys just turns off completely. I've tried turning off all lighting settings on keyboard that make rgb turn off if inactive and etc but nothing changes the second its opened no light

    Try creating new settings profile, if it will not help, try reinstalling synapse.

    Yeah, I'd say so. Reinstall. Have you registered or are you a guest on Synapse?
