Razer Cynosa V2 - Media Keys don't work...
Hi,
I have a Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard, but none of the media keys work.
I have tried;
- different USB ports
- different computer
- Installing/un-installing Razer software
- trying without software
- assigning the media keys to other functions (to test whether it was a media control issue).
But none of the above has had any impact.
My older, none Razer, keyboard has media keys and works fine.
What can I do? Is this keyboard faulty?

Received my replacement from Amazon, and it works fine.
The keyboard I originally received must have been faulty.
Hopefully not a sign of things to come, as I really like the design and simplicity of this keyboard.
Good for you! Razer Cynosa V2 has a great keyboard for gaming. It's affordable but with good quality.
