Razer doesnt work | Razer Insider

I'm from Brazil, and I can't even type properly on this keyboard. The Razer Deathstalker Ultimate was sold for R$1400 in Brazil. To compare, this is higher than the minimum wage in the country.
Currently, it seems that Razer, which already has a considerable bad reputation in Brazil (for sponsoring sexist influencers and selling expensive products of average quality, despite being beautiful), simply abandoned this keyboard and made a fool of everyone who bought it.
The Switchblade simply doesn't work, both the touchscreen and the keys, on Windows 10. I've seen that several people made threads complaining and the company chose to simply IGNORE it.
Apparently, the problem is that Razer tried to make a product WITHOUT KNOWING HOW TO DO IT. How do you sell a product for this price and then just abandon support?
I want to sell this product, because I used it very little and it was extremely expensive in the past, but I can't because you simply abandoned the product so it doesn't even work properly.
Furthermore, if the company cannot even maintain a support channel in a country of 220 million inhabitants, how does it sell products like this? You simply abandon the keyboard and I don't even have a way to contact the company.
Considering that you are going to answer me that there is nothing that can be done because support has ended, I leave you with the question: do you expect Brazilians to buy the notebooks that you sell? If support for a simple keyboard is already non-existent, imagine support for a notebook that can have numerous problems.

I'm hoping for a solution for my keyboard.
I suggest you research the legislation on hidden defects, provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, in Brazil.

Yours sincerely.

EDIT : I had to delete the product name from the title and tags because the post simply wouldn't go. I won't make accusations about this, but it is strange.

RAZER DEATHSTALKER ULTIMATE

Obviously no one will respond. It is the standard that the company is adopting. Numerous complaints on ReclameAqui (BR) about the total lack of support from this company.
