It was mentioned and the description also shows that cs2 edition can handle 8000 polling rates, but there is no way to set this in Synapse.
So is the description misleading to buyers?
Based on the poling rate test, I don't see it reaching more than 1000.
Should this information prove to be false, I will pursue legal action, as it is misleading to all consumers.

But I’d also submit a bug from Synapse → Click on your profile icon (top right) → Feedback → Report bug.
So CS Edition of “normal or Gen 1” Huntsman V3 Pro supporting 8 kHz? And not CS Edition V3 Pro doesn’t? Hmm, interesting, so there is a chance updating regular V3 Pro to 8 kHz polling rate? :)
