Hello there!
I’ve got an issue with my Huntsman Elite keyboard. It’s a while now since it started I don’t remember exactly when. I decided to do something with this today. I can’t make RMA request because I bought it in 2018 so the warranty is over. I did everything on that list:
- Cleaned keyboard
- Connected to different USB
- Reinstall Synapse 3
- Updated firmware (which made my issue much worse)
- Tested with closed Synapse 3
- Checked on other PC (laptop on Windows)
After installing firmware v1.22.00_r1 (before it was something like 1.02 don’t remember exactly) made my issue worse which is spaming key >95% of the time. Before that is was much better with sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes spam like 2-4 ‘three’ at the time and sometime normal. Now key is unusable.
I uploaded a video to show how normal keys are working (1 and 2) and how 3 is working.
Please let me know if there is something I can do, thanks.
Btw. I noticed that sometimes my keyboard while typing type additional ☼. I don’t know why.
