Razer Huntsman Elite (not recognized after updates)

Hi, Idk how to fix this but their update isn't able to detect my huntsman elite. I went to alot of forms online and tried to follow even instructions from their support team and still doesn't work (over 3-month bytw) of constant back and forth. Anyone have a solution I should try please let me know. The lighting works but just going in a circle and i can't modify it because razer choroma can't recognize it but all my other razer products are recognized

That's very inconvenient. Allow me to communicate with our devs on your behalf by sending me your Synapse 3.0 logs via PM. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive, including your case number (if you have one), so I can forward them to the team.

Be sure, that your keyboard is plugged at least to USB 3.0 (or above) - directly into the motherboard, and not via USB hub. If replugging keyboard to different port doesn't help - try these steps:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
